Members make great things possible for the Brookfield Craft Center. We are grateful to the many individuals, families, foundations and businesses who, each year, help sustain the Brookfield Craft Center's educational and creative programs and help preserve the Craft Center's studios and facilities. If you are already a member, thank you!

By becoming an annual member of the Brookfield Craft Center, you will receive benefits such as:

  • Reduced tuition for classes and workshops
  • Course catalogs
  • Calendar of activities
  • Invitations to exhibitions, lectures, events, and special members-only discounts and coupons throughout the year
  • 10% discount in the Gallery Shop

Participant in one of the craft center's many workshopsAn Individual membership is $50/year.

A Senior membership, for those 65 years and older, is $40/year.

A Junior membership, for those 30 years and younger, is $40/year.

A Family membership, which extends the class discount benefit to all individuals in the same household, is $100/year.

A Sponsor membership, which has the privileges of the Family-level membership and receives a special gift, is $250/year.

While members use and enjoy these benefits, their reasons for becoming a member are more deeply significant. For without membership and sponsorship support, the school would not be the center of creative expression that it is. Your membership support enables us to:

  • Keep studio classes affordable for many students, of all ages and backgrounds. Tuition does not cover the full cost of classes.
  • Provide studio art experiences for adults and teenagers throughout the community. The school's youth programs introduce local high school students to American crafts through hands-on learning experiences.
  • Present exhibitions of work by outstanding artists from around the region and country. Exhibitions do not generate revenue, they generate knowledge, new thinking, creativity.
  • Preserve one of our region's important historic sites. Without individual support, the historic site would have been lost years ago; maintaining it today still requires commitment.
  • Add to the cultural vitality – and economic attractiveness – of our region. The school's programming respects and preserves traditional arts, but also encourages creative and innovative new approaches.
