The Craft Continuum

Come join our artists' forum gatherings of artists, members and friends at Brookfield Craft Center in our beautiful River Room. There will be presentations made by Brookfield Craft Center faculty and guest artists about their current and past work along with displays of actual work. Our goal is to bring together our creative community to exchange ideas and foster growth in our culture of fine craftsmanship. Enjoy these inspiring looks at the creative process. Refreshments will be served, but feel free to bring a treat to share with others.

Miani Carnevale: The Art and Nature of Creativity
Wednesday, Oct. 8th 6:00-8:00pm

Join host, mixed media artist, Miani Carnevale for an evening of lively discussion and interactive inquiry into “The Art and Nature of Creativity.”  Miani will also share her inspired journey from a professional artist devoted to creating art to a human being dedicated to the art of creating. She will address her experiences in creativity, not just a means to an end but as a way of life. Miani Carnevale is a professional artist and a workshop facilitator.  She has exhibited her work throughout the United States and is represented in collections worldwide. Miani is on the faculty of Brookfield Craft Center where she melds creative spirit with practical application.  Miani is also an Artist in Residence at the Omega Institute.
